From knowing…

to being

Integral Coaching® for people who have glimpsed what’s possible (in meditation, in ceremony, or halfway through a podcast) and are ready to live it.

You’ve seen something you can’t unsee.

Maybe it came from a conversation with a friend, a morning meditation, a journey somewhere new or from a podcast you listened to twice. Perhaps it arose during an ayahuasca ceremony. Somewhere along the way you saw your life from a new angle. You recognized an old pattern for what it is, felt the weight of a story you’ve been carrying for too long, and got a real taste of what might be possible on the other side of it.

Then regular life picked back up. The insight is there, but the old habits are still strong.

WHAT YOU’RE LOOKING FOR

A path from the glimpse to everyday life

You want what that moment showed you to become part of who you are and how you move through the world, rather than staying a lovely memory or a wish. You don’t need more information. You need a clear trail to follow, one doable step at a time, with someone walking beside you who knows the terrain.

If you’ve come through plant medicine, you may have heard that the weeks after ceremony are an especially open time for change. That’s when this work is most alive. Once the ceremony is over, the work is ready to begin.

HOW I HELP

The math of lasting change –

Awareness + Capability = Embodied Insight

As an Integral Coach™, I help you see your patterns more clearly and build the skills to respond differently when an old pattern wants to take over. We work with all of you (your thoughts and feelings, your body, your relationships, and the world around you) so that new ways of being have somewhere solid to land.

Together we turn what you’ve realized into short, purposeful practices you’ll actually want to do. Step by supported step, the thing that once felt like a glimpse gradually becomes the embodiment of how you live.

ABOUT ANDREA

Hi, I’m Andrea.

(the one with all the questions)

I’ve been curious about people for as long as I can remember: how we see ourselves, how we make sense of our circumstances, and what it actually takes to change. My family will tell you I ask a lot of questions. My clients will tell you they’re good ones.

My path to Integral Coaching

More than 20 years ago, in the middle of a major life transition, I went looking for something deeper than information. I wanted to understand wisdom itself: what it is, how it’s built, and how it shows up in an ordinary life. That search led me through meditation, the world’s spiritual traditions, and the big questions philosophers have been asking for centuries.

It also led me to Ken Wilber’s Integral Theory, a framework that maps how people grow and develop over time. It gave me language for something I’d felt for years, that real change happens when we pay attention to the whole person. I went on to complete more than 200 hours of training and certify as a Master Certified Integral Coach™ through Integral Coaching Canada, one of the most respected coaching schools in the world. The methods I learned there shaped my own growth long before I used them with clients

“Andrea is so skillful. She hears what I’m working on so deeply, and asks relevant, probing questions, but never too many. After we talk, I usually have a better understanding of my challenge and a new way to be with it.”

Beth T., Founder, Field Guide 9

Life has taught me that big moments (the painful ones and the beautiful ones) are invitations to meet ourselves. They show us who we are, what we believe, and what matters. I’ve also learned that an insight, no matter how profound, needs somewhere to go. Wisdom gets built the way a trail does, one breadcrumb at a time, as we gather what we’ve been shown and slowly make it our own.

That’s why I love this work. I get to listen closely, ask the question that opens a new door, and design practices (often built around a metaphor or a simple object you can carry with you) that help a new way of being take root. For many of my clients, this kind of integration ends up being deeply healing.

Big moments are invitations

These days you’ll often find me wearing a small copper redwood pendant with a crystal on it. It’s a pretty good summary of what I’m about: rooted, growing, and always reaching toward the light.

My Coaching Process

Step-by-Supported Step

Every coaching relationship starts with listening; something most coaches are good at. What makes Integral Coaching® different is that we go further and build real capacity, so that what once felt possible becomes second nature. Here’s what that looks like.

When Shelley reached out, she was a partner, a mother of two, and a social-services provider who felt worn down to the nubs. Early in life she’d learned to see other people’s pain and step in to ease it, and that care had become the core of her sense of worth. Over time, she realized how much it was costing her to leave herself out.

After two ayahuasca ceremonies in 60 days, she wanted help making those realizations real. Together we found a way back to a sense of wonder, where she could honor everything her caregiving had given her while finally counting its cost. Her practices helped her catch herself mid-pattern and reach for something that honored what she wanted, too. Watching her discover new capabilities that lined up with her values (values that now included her!) was pure joy.

What this can look like

We work with all of you

Lasting change needs every part of you on board, so we pay attention to:

  • Your inner world: emotions, beliefs, values, attachments, and the different parts of you, including the ones working hard to protect you

  • Your body: the sensations that carry information, how time and experience have shaped you, and how movement helps new insight settle in

  • Your relationships and roles: your place in your family, your work, and your communities

  • The world around you: what’s happening in your community and in the wider world, and how it colors the way you see yourself and others

Choose your season of growth

I offer coaching in 3-, 6-, and 9-month packages, so we have enough time for new skills to take root (and just enough structure to keep us moving). All of our sessions happen on Zoom, so you can join from wherever you feel most at home.

Every package follows the same rhythm:

  • Two 90-minute opening sessions: an in-depth intake, then a coaching plan designed just for you

  • 60-minute sessions every other week

  • One 15-minute check-in between sessions, as needed, to keep your practices on track

Not sure which fits? On our consult call we’ll talk about what you’re working on and where you are in relation to it, and you’ll choose how long you’d like to invest in that change.

Coaching is a complement to therapy or medical care, never a replacement for either. If you’re working with a therapist, coaching with me can sit alongside that support.

Let’s see where your insight leads.

Book your free 20 minute consult.

This consult is a relaxed, no-pressure conversation and a chance for us to get a feel for each other. Bring whatever is stirring, whether it’s fresh from ceremony or something you’ve been circling for a while.

In our 20 minutes, we’ll:

  • Talk about the insight or change you’re hoping to make real

  • Get a sense of the patterns that tend to get in the way

  • Walk through how coaching with me works and which package might fit

  • Decide whether working together feels right for you

Submit this form and I’ll get back to you within two business days to find a time. Before we talk, I’ll send a few short questions so I can show up ready for you. If you’re within the first few weeks after a ceremony, mention it in your note and I’ll do my best to find you a time soon. We’ll meet on Zoom, and since I’m based in California, my calendar runs on Pacific time.
